Our Women's Ministry here at Lamb's Chapel is one that places high value on our relationships, first with Jesus Christ and also with others.
We have a Monday evening Bible Study taught by Patti Meyer that meets every other week at 7:00pm in our church lobby. We pray for each other, study the word of God and discuss how to apply it to our lives today. Once a year we plan a trip to sight and sound or a similar event and enjoy each other's fellowship away for a couple days strengthening our friendships. *Sorry, there is currently no child care provided for our evening study.
We also offer a Thursday morning Bible Study taught by Colleen Schneider that meets weekly in our church lobby at 10:15am. In this study we discuss different topics that effect women today and how the word of God teaches us to have Godly Character. We have small group discussion times to share what we are learning through the current study and to encourage those who are struggling. * Child care is provided; please bring a donation for those tending to your children.
Once a year we host a weekend women's retreat or seminar. This event is planned by Pastor Mike's wife, Kim with the help of our leadership wives. We seek God for the topic of study for the weekend, plan time for prayer and for building relationships with each other. Whether we do a seminar at home or a retreat at Montauk our goal throughout the weekend is to love and care for women so they leave refreshed and encouraged. * Sorry there is no childcare provided for this event.
