Pastor Mike Jankowski
I was saved on October 1, 1981 in Flint Michigan at Trinity Assembly of God. God
instantly delivered me from alcohol abuse and replaced it with a hunger to study
God’s Word. At the time I was working as a plumber at my father’s plumbing company.
After a few years, God began to speak to me about the ministry. I finally surrendered
to the call and attended Southeastern College in Lakeland, Florida in the fall of
1983.
I started working at Trinity Assembly of God in January 1986 as the Junior-High
pastor and janitor and received my License to Preach in the fall of 1987. Kim and
I were married on May 2, 1987 and Scott was born the next year on July 5, 1988.
Kelsey came into our lives on December 17, 1990 and our family was now complete.
In July 1990, Trinity broke ground on a 1500 seat auditorium with a total of a 50,000
square foot facility.
In October 1995, we packed up our belongings and headed for Hackensack, New Jersey
to plant New Life Assembly of God. After seven years at New Life Assembly, God called
us to pastor Lamb’s Chapel in Center Moriches, New York on November 10, 2002.
We have been blessed beyond measure to be here and look forward to the many things
that we will see accomplished here by God.

Vin Mercurio
I was born into a Christian Home. I sang my first solo, "I saw a man" on a sunday
evening at the age of 4. I was baptized at 13 but my life took a turn about 5 years
later. I never denied Christ but my lifestyle didn't reflect Him.
Thank God for a praying mother. I remember the night I cried out to the lord to
change my heart and bring me back to Him. My life and desires steadily began to
change. Soon after I met my wife Marianne and have been married now for over 17
years.
Marianne and I have a deep love for people and for the work God is doing at Lamb's
Chapel. I consider it an honor to serve as part of the leadership team and take this responsibilty very seriously.

W. Scott Schneider
I was saved when I was 24 years old during my second year of law school. Though
I had attended catholic school and was familiar with the Gospel, I had never asked Jesus
into my heart or experienced the Holy Spirit until I became an adult.
My wife Colleen and I have 6 children, Lindsay, Benjamin, Daniel, Peter, Faith,
and Heidi.
Colleen and I have attended Lamb's Chapel since 2000 and are honored to serve here.
The love of God in the church is awesome, and so are the people.

Lou Caponi
I was radically saved in 1981. Started serving on the Worship Team and became Youth
Leader. I've been involved in church leadership for over 15 years and am currently
serving on Lamb's Chapel leadership team. I also serve on the worship team.
My wife Theresa and I have 5 children and have been married over 21 years.
Our heart is to care for God’s people and to see the centrality of Jesus Christ
in the lives of individuals, the church and the world.

Bill Carter
I was born and raised in Texas and accepted Christ into my heart at 20 years old
in 1972 in Dallas. I was involved in music ministry and began informal training
for pastoral ministry. My wife Penny and I moved to New York in 1986 and the Lord lead
us to Lamb's Chapel in March of 1995.
I have been married since 1973 and have 8 children & currently, 5 grandchildren.
We have been active in leadership at Lamb's since mid 1999 and recently began studies
at Berean Bible Institute. It's never too late.
