We Build People (WBP) is a values-driven philosophy (not a program) designed to help the Pastor, Leadership Team and the local congregation to respond to Christ's call to "make disciples." WBP discipleship includes, instructs, involves and invests in the lives of individuals at their level of understanding that will nurture spiritual development. Every person is valued and is the focus of our ministry. WBP offers a people building process that reaches, disciples, equips and mobilizes believers.
